Be on the lookout for these Shad-superstars who just scored prestigious Loran Awards—a $100K investment for these future #ChangeMakers. 

Congratulations Jasleen Bahia, Everett Horner, Mesgna Mesgna and Gurnoor Minhas  – we are #ShadProud of you. To date, 92 Shads that have earned Loran scholarships. The future is bright!

These four trail-blazers have used their learnings and experiences to impact the lives and futures of other Canadians. Jasleen established a financial literacy course for disadvantaged youth in her community. Everett is a Barrie Air Cadet Squadron Commander who volunteers with local veterans and a Classic Aircraft Foundation. Mesgna founded an after-school program that partners with his local Boys & Girls Club to encourage youth to delve into academics and athletics. Gunoor is President of her school’s DECA Chapter and was the driving force to establish the first chapter in her entire school board.
