Q : Que ressent-on lorsqu’on est désigné « Schulich Leader » ?  

I’m incredibly grateful and honoured to receive the award. It’s given me a strong sense of support and confidence as I step into the next chapter of my life. This recognition also motivates me to actively pursue my goals and strive to create meaningful impact. 

Q : Qu'est-ce qui alimente votre passion pour l'STIAM e ?  

Novelty and impact. I’m drawn to the cutting edge of STEAM innovation, especially in computer science, where new tools and ideas are shaping the future. I see entrepreneurship as a way to bridge these innovations with real-world problems, allowing me to build solutions that truly make a difference. 

Q : Chez « Shad », nous sommes à la pointe de l'innovation sociale. Comment comptez-vous utiliser #STEAM4Good ? 

By making sure things are both built for humans and shaped by humans. That means designing human-centered technologies that support people through intentional design. It also means promoting digital literacy so that communities can better understand and navigate emerging tech. 

Q : Quels conseils donneriez-vous aux nouveaux Shads ? 

Shad showed me that drive, talent, and positivity come in many forms, and each one is equally valuable. Come in with an open mind, surround yourself with people who think differently from you, be curious about their stories, and let them expand your perspective.
