In her role as Alumni & Donor Experience Officer, Emma works to engage Shad’s alumni and donors in meaningful ways, keeping them connected to the Shad community and inspiring them to invest in the next generation of innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
As a Shad alum and two-time program assistant, Emma has experienced and witnessed the transformative impact of Shad firsthand. She is driven to grow annual giving so that cost is never what stands between a young person and the program.
Emma holds a Bachelor of Knowledge Integration from the University of Waterloo and brings a background in designing educational and community-building experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, crafting, dancing, and playing board games with friends.
