R : Parlez-nous un peu de vous.
When I’m not at school, working or volunteering, I’m at the gym because fitness is important to me. I love hanging out with my friends, and my two dogs: Carlos and Maui. I used to compete in high-level gymnastics but retired last year.
Q : Pourquoi souhaitez-vous participer au programme Shad ? / Qu'attendez-vous le plus de cette expérience ?
The Shad program is still new to me, but I am looking forward to stepping out of my comfort zone and learning in a university environment. I am excited to learn new ways to apply this hands-on learning in my everyday life. I’m also excited to meet people to share different views and ways to solve different problems.
Q : Qu'est-ce qui vous motive ou stimule votre curiosité pour les STIAM et/ou l'entrepreneuriat ?
What sparks my curiosity in STEAM is that it is based in traditional math and science but is geared toward the future using technology and new ways of creative thinking.
Q : Comment envisagez-vous votre avenir ?
I envision my future being in university in an engineering or architecture program, using what I have learned in the Shad program. After university, I would like to be in the architecture field, being involved in exciting projects.
