Entrance Scholarship for Indigenous Students from the Métis Nation of Saskatchewan

Congratulations to the first recipients of the Shad Entrance Scholarship for Indigenous Students from the Métis Nation of Saskatchewan.

This year, Shad was proud to partner with the Métis Nation of Saskatchewan to create opportunities for young Métis leaders who demonstrate overall excellence and embody the willingness to go the mile for their community in an impactful way. These students inspire those around them through their changemaker capabilities and will continue to have a positive impact as they use their passion for STEAM to drive change.

We had a chance to catch up with these amazing future leaders to hear about what they are looking forward to this summer and beyond. Noah is excited to interact with STEAM professionals during the program and learn more about starting a business in the technology sector. Josephina is fascinated by space and astronomy and strives for a career in physics. Madilyn is passionate about the creative aspects of STEAM and plans for a career in architecture.
