Shad2025 Entrance Scholarship for Students from Métis Nation of Saskatchewan

Congratulations to the recipients of the Shad Entrance Scholarship for Students from Métis Nation of Saskatchewan!

Shad is committed to identifying young leaders who embody the willingness to go the mile for their community in an impactful way, and for overall excellence. These students inspire those around them through their changemaker capabilities and will continue to have a positive impact as they use their passion for STEAM to drive change.

We had a chance to catch up with these future changemakers to hear what they are looking forward to this summer and beyond.  Havyk is excited to explore new topics and enjoy novel experiences this summer. Mackenzie can’t wait to spend a month exploring a university campus and experiencing what her pursuit of a degree in Nursing might look like. Hadley is excited to explore the intersection of art and technology and the role of the Arts in human progress. Keston hopes to make a meaningful contribution to the world as a future engineer. Natale plans to help build the health of Canadian communities working as a professional in the field of medicine.
