The McCall MacBain Shad Leaders Program prepares and equips a small group of Shad alumni to start a vast #STEAM4good movement through the creation of Shad Campus Clubs across Canada.

Establishing meaningful connections with young people and university-aged peers through building, broadening, and sharing a passion for STEAM, social change, and community-building, Shad Leaders push boundaries, challenge the status quo, and demonstrate fundamental leadership potential, spurring change in their communities and across the country.
