While working as a Recruiter at Shad, Usharab is passionate about spreading the message about Shad to high school students across the country, particularly in Calgary. With previous experience as a Program Assistant and as Head Program Assistant at Shad Calgary, he has contributed to the overall success of the Shad Program at Calgary.
Usharab particularly appreciates the creative challenging environment Shad provides to its participants while balancing it out with fun activities and excursions at the same time. He loves to see the personal and professional growth that participants experience at Shad and the relationships that they develop during their time at Shad.
Currently pursuing his final year of undergraduate studies in Computer Science at the University of Calgary, Usharab loves to meet new people, explore new opportunities, try new things, and follow politics in his free time. With relevant experience, and a desire to nurture the youth of tomorrow, Usharab is excited to recruit participants for Shad2025!
