As Shad’s Director of Recruitment, Ebony leads national student recruitment initiatives, fostering engagement with high schools, educators, and community organizations. She is committed to developing innovative outreach strategies that attract a diverse and high-potential applicant pool to Shad’s programs.

Ebony’s personal journey underpins her deep appreciation for the transformative experiences Shad offers youth. Having worked for years in the not-for-profit sector, Ebony values Shad’s commitment to fostering youth development by challenging students to meet their potential and embrace their ability to influence meaningful change.

Ebony holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. Outside of work, she can often be found reading a great book or training for her next weightlifting competition.
