As Shad’s Director, Lead Generation, Constantine spearheads marketing initiatives to grow Shad’s pipeline of prospective students, educators, and program advocates. He leads the design and execution of multi-channel campaigns and oversees Shad’s brand communications to build awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Constantine is inspired by how Shad broadens students’ horizons and creates opportunities they may never have imagined. With his background in global marketing and education innovation, he works to ensure more young people have access to the transformative experience Shad provides.

Constantine holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Strathclyde Business School in the UK and a Postgraduate Certificate in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University in the US. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing basketball, reading with a good cup of coffee, and watching classic films.
