As Vice President, Development, Ann brings more than 25 years of global fundraising leadership to Shad. She has raised over $100 million to support mission-driven organizations—particularly in education and youth development, as well as arts and culture, Indigenous-led initiatives, and community organizations.

With senior roles in Canada and the U.K., Ann has led transformational campaigns and built high-impact global partnerships. She joins Shad to help advance its ambitious growth plans and is deeply committed to breaking down barriers that prevent young people from accessing Shad’s life-changing program.

Ann is inspired by Shad’s focus on STEAM, entrepreneurship, and leadership, and believes in the program’s power to equip students with the skills and confidence to become future leaders – strengthening Canada’s culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence.

A voracious reader and devoted New York Times puzzle-doer, Ann can often be found spending time with her daughter or heading out for a long walk with her dog, Mowat.
