Thompson Rivers University is excited to offer this year’s participants experiences that will both expose them to the rich natural history of the mountains and grasslands of BC but will also introduce them to the human history of the region that dates back many centuries. TRU’s Shad program will take advantage of TRU’s Internationally recognized faculty researchers and some of the community’s most respected leaders.
Thompson Rivers University acknowledges the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc (Kamloops campus) and the T’exelc (Williams Lake campus) within Secwépemc’ulucw, reside on the traditional and unceded territory of the Secwépemc.
