Catherine St-Jean

Catherine is a recruiter for Shad Canada in the Atlantic region, particularly Nova Scotia. Prior to her role as a recruiter, Catherine has worked at two different Shad campuses across Canada as a program assistant, Mount Allison University in 2023 and the University of Lethbridge in 2024. In her past work with Shad, Catherine admired the immersive learning environment of the Shad program and the leadership roles taken on by students in the program. She looks forward to connecting high schools in her region with the opportunities and experiences facilitated by Shad Canada.
Outside of her work with Shad, Catherine is a 4th year undergraduate student at the University of King’s College studying Statistics and Economics as well as working as Chair for the King’s Student’s Union. In her free time you can find Catherine playing rugby, board games and watching movies.
