Shad2021

We brought our legacy live-in program online. The same Shad value in an online format.

In true Shad-style we are raising the bar on our Shad2020 success and are bringing an even richer experience to 2021 program.

Together with our university partners, ShadOnline 2021 will be held in virtual campuses and include synchronous real-time sessions, access to high calibre keynote speakers and a signature design project.  Selected participants will work in pan-Canadian teams and pitch a team project to a panel of industry experts.

More students. More sessions. Access to university campuses!

This year’s design project is under wraps, but has the same Shad signature:  STEAM design to impact humankind. #STEAM4Good

Testimonials

I never knew people could connect this well online, in a month. A month is nothing. Even when you go to school and you talk to people, it takes almost two or three months to be well acquainted with them. This was a month, online… I think eagerness was what connected all of us together. The eagerness to learn, to get better, to see where we are amongst others. That eagerness, that curiosity was something that united us as a group

Saransh Duggal, Ontario

Our daughter enjoyed every minute of Shad’s program, right from the STEM-based design experience to her interactions with other like-minded students. She thoroughly enjoyed the keynote addresses from our Governor General Julie Payette, Dr. Donna Strickland, and Michele Romanow! Their words of wisdom resonated with our daughter and I am certain that their messages will be long-remembered when seemingly insurmountable challenges present themselves.
