In addition to your financial support, consider additional ways of providing your expertise to the Shad Valley program:

• Offer summer internships that introduce Shad students to the real world of Canadian business
• Speak at one of our campuses--lead a lecture, seminar, workshop or lab
• Judge the innovative engineering and entrepreneurship projects developed on-campus in July
• Invite a Shad Valley campus group inside your company for an exclusive look at your operation

Because we're a not-for-profit organization, we rely on the public sector and private support to create the experience and to make it affordable. The majority of our funds go directly to the costs of running the Shad Valley program: Program Cost 80%*; Administration 10%; Bursaries & Scholarships 10%.

*Program cost includes campus costs; student recruitment, screening and placement; and partner development.
